Step 1: Place your choice of facial cleanser on the Textured Cleansing Pad (see photo). Next, apply water to the Textured Cleansing Pad and wash/lather your face as desired. Step 2: Prep the Exfoliating Cleansing Pad with water and apply gentle pressure to gently exfoliate your face (*Please use the Exfoliating Cleansing Pad with caution, stop if skin irritation occurs. Certain skin conditions can worsen with mechanical exfoliation, consider consulting your doctor before use). Step 3: (optional): Rinse a small section of the Fluffy Drying Pad with water and gently pat your face to remove any residual facial products from your face. Step 4: Using a dry portion from Fluffy Drying Pad gently pat your face until dry. Step 5: (optional) Apply serums and lotions of choice (independent of the cloth) to your face to complete your wash day routine, as desired.
How to use Your Cloth
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including a tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment
Can a cancel my order? While your order is still processing, we may be able to cancel your order. Send an email to ZTE@zinstextiles.com. However please note, we process orders as soon as they are received. If your order is no longer able to be canceled, you can process a return. We are unable to make changes to an order once placed. If you need to make changes, please attempt to cancel your order as long as it is still eligible.
Can I update my shipping address? If you have an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at ZTE@zinstextiles.com. Please, note that we process orders quickly and are unable to modify an address once the order has been fully processed and shipped.
What if my order is damaged or missing? If you have any issues regarding your order, please reach out to us at ZTE@zinstextiles.com within 24 hours of expected receipt or upon receipt of your cloth.

Shipping and Returns
Do you offer returns? We do not offer returns for cloths that show evidence of having been used. We however offer returns if cloths are noted to be damaged and we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the cloth.
Where do you ship? We currently only ship to all states and territories who are part of the United States
When will orders ship? Orders can take up to 48-72 hours to be processed and ship. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from the processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days. You will receive and email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
What shipping methods do you offer? For a limited time, we offer free USPS priority mail shipping.
How do I activate my account? In order to activate your account please select the “Login” option on the home page and create an account with a unique username and password. Once the account is activated, you will be able to view all the information related to any orders associated with that email.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Afterpay and Zins Textile Estates gift cards. Please note, if there is an issue with Afterpay please contact Afterpay directly for further assistance.
